About the Property

Plenty of parking available for your event.  Right now the parking areas consist of well lit parking on dirt (coming soon gravel) and for your guests who may need a little help there is parking available on the paved driveway as well.  We have available for your use two large refrigerators as well as a commercial ice maker.  There is an indoor bar area for a bartender of your choice to use to serve drinks.  Plenty of places available to take pictures of your special day.  There are three bedrooms to use.  The master or bridal suite has a King size bed as well as a large area to get ready with two floor to ceiling mirrors as well as a bathroom with two vanities, to get ready in.  It also has access directly to the deck for a walk to the canyon deck and octagonal arch way for your vows.  The other two bedrooms have queen sizes beds.  The one off the bar area can be used as a room for the groom to get ready in. 

There is a 22' x 22'  indoor area with a wood floor for dancing, your head tables, food or for whatever you decide to use the area for.  

In the front of the house there is a smoking area for your guests.  There is a small pond under construction as well.
